Original blackwood mouthpiece grooved for cord. Lower tenon of barrel made of brass. Brass crook with a tuning slide. Long tailed English-style throat A?. Tone-hole for L3 lined with ivory or horn. Keys mounted in blocks, saddles or pillars on saddles. Cross keys have round touchpieces. Wide ivory ferrule replaces thumb rest. Curved wide funnel shaped brass bell. 18 keys. L0: T; speaker.
